1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing

We work to display our products, colors, and descriptions accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We may limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order is placed, if an error is discovered. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you.

3. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation or ship the product. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the order total, including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a Kalmer Skin subscription, you agree to the following:

• Recurring billing. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days (or the interval shown at checkout), and your payment method is charged the then-current subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping at the start of each billing cycle, until you cancel.
• Disclosure at signup. The subscription price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are presented at checkout before you subscribe.
• How to cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account portal or by emailing info@kalmer.skin. Cancelling is as simple as signing up, no phone call required. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle if made before the renewal date shown in your account.
• Price changes. We will notify you by email before any subscription price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

6. Product Use and Cosmetic Disclaimer

Kalmer Skin products are cosmetic/personal-care items intended for external use only, as directed on the packaging. Our products and any statements about them are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated as drugs by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Results vary from person to person. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction. Always read and follow the label. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including the Kalmer Skin name, logos, text, images, and product designs, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by interfering with their operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, infringing intellectual property, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalmer Skin and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalmer Skin from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
